When the order is delivered to the Ctt, for registered delivery, it takes between 24-48h to reach the address provided. If, after receiving your request, you are not satisfied, you may return the items within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the post office delivery.

The atelier Joana D’Arco does not make sewing arrangements on the sent pieces. such as hems, grips, modifications, only by workshop error, not order size or other.

All the pieces should be washed, treated as delicate pieces, washed cold, in the professional laundry, with all the care.
